​​重陽節(jié)（又稱：老人節(jié)），在每年農歷的九月九日，是漢族的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，因《易經》中把“六”定為陰數，把“九”定為陽數，九月九日，日月并陽，兩九相重，故而叫重陽，也叫重九。重陽節(jié)早在戰(zhàn)國時期就已經形成，到了唐代，重陽被正式定為民間節(jié)日，此后歷朝歷代沿襲至今。民間在該日有登高的風俗，所以重陽節(jié)又稱“登高節(jié)”，此外還有茱萸節(jié)、菊花節(jié)等說法。人們在慶祝重陽節(jié)時一般會登高、賞菊、喝菊花酒、插茱萸、還要吃糕。另外，由于九月初九“九九”諧音是“久久”，有長久之意，所以常在此日祭祖與推行敬老崇孝活動。重陽節(jié)與除、清、盂三節(jié)也是中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日里祭祖的四大節(jié)日。2012年12月28日，全國人大常委會表決通過《老年人權益保障法》，法律明確規(guī)定每年農歷九月初九（重陽節(jié)）為老年節(jié)。更多內容，歡迎點擊下載重陽節(jié)英文版PPT課件哦。
