H&M is a Swedish multinational retail-clothing company, known for its fast-fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers and children. H&M full name is Hennes & Mauritz, In 1947 by Erling Persson founded in Sweden Wes Castro City. The brand name is combination by"Hennes" Women and Men "Mauritz "brand , depicting the first letter form"H & M ". In order to show our appreciation of our employees, H&M has started an incentive programme for all employees. The programme was initiated in 2011 when Stefan Persson and Family donated approximately 4 million H&M shares with a value of approximately SEK 1 billion (based on the share price on 6 September 2010) to the Swedish foundation Stiftelsen H&M Incentive Program.
